My name is Tierra, a graduate of the University of Houston. Go Coogs!  I have always loved baking. It started off as just a way to relax during graduate school but now I've grown to love cooking for others and watching their faces light up after tasting one of my delicious desserts.  It takes patience plus a lot of trial and error to make the perfect cookie recipe but I love a challenge.

 

What is a home cottage bakery?

A home based bakery that specializes in baked goods that do not require refrigeration, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries.

 

Why a home bakery?

Renting a professional kitchen is very expensive so being able to use my home kitchen keeps my prices low and it is very convient since i have a full time job. 

 

Ready to place your order?

Most orders require 72 hours notice and 2 weeks notice for bulk orders.
